He graduated from the "Mechanization of Agricultural Production" faculty of the Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy (now Azerbaijan State Agrarian University) with a bachelor's degree in 2001, and a master's degree in 2003.

In 2014, he was admitted to the dissertation course at the Scientific Research "Agromechanics" Institute on the topic "Development of technology and technical means for providing mineral fertilizers in the cultivation of cereals in mountain agriculture".

At present, he is working as a senior researcher in the laboratory "Mechanization of crop production" at the "Agromechanics" Scientific Research Institute. To date, he is the author of more than 50 scientific works, including 3 textbooks, 10 recommendations. His scientific works have been published in foreign impact factor journals.
